OnWire is an IBM Business Partner that provides consulting, development, and integration services for the US Government using IBM/Tivoli software.  We are looking for a highly motivated candidate that has a passion for developing secure IT solutions to protect our nation\'s assets.

Responsibilities 

Works with systems architects and Subject Matter Experts to build and configure complex Tivoli computer systems.Responsible to troubleshoot any problems related to input and output of the solution, performance of the system and communication between all related processes. 

Requirements:

Must have excellent communication and writing skills 

Understanding of web services technologies such as SOAP, HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST

Experience using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD) or Eclipse

Ability to work in a fast paced and agile development environment

Passion for developing solutions which provide a great customer experience

Motivation to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects

Familiar with a Unix/Linux development environment

Should be genuinely excited about technology, have a strong interest in learning about and playing with the latest technologies. Must be a self-starter and motivated

Must be US citizen and eligible for DoD Security clearance
